NEVER auto-exclude jobs from the triage list. Include EVERYTHING. Rank low if needed, but the user decides what to skip.

**Why:** User challenged exclusions like "Flyability Head of Product Management - not IT leadership." Head of PM IS leadership. The user wants to see all jobs and make their own decisions. Auto-excluding means they never see opportunities they might have pursued.

**How to apply:**
- Include every job found in the triage file, even if it seems like a stretch
- Rank 1-2/5 for poor fits, but still list them with a link
- Only truly omit: exact duplicates already in the list, or completely unintelligible listings
- "Head of Product", "Senior PM", "Director of Growth" - these are ALL valid targets
- The "Skipped" section should be minimal (apprenticeships, junior dev roles) and even those should be mentioned briefly
