Job alert emails follow this workflow strictly: **Inbox → 01-Investigating → 05-Archived**

**Why:** Putting emails directly into 05-Archived skips the triage step. Even old emails may contain jobs worth pursuing. Nothing goes to Archived until it has been analyzed and a decision made.

**How to apply:**
- When sweeping inbox, move ALL job alert emails to 01-Investigating (Label_14), never to 05-Archived (Label_18)
- Only move from 01-Investigating to 05-Archived AFTER the email has been triaged (jobs extracted, evaluated, and recorded in the triage file)
- This applies regardless of the email's age - a 3-month-old email still goes to Investigating first

**Also:** Always include `michaelpage.ch` (domain: `mail.michaelpage.ch`) in email sweep searches. It was missed initially because the domain didn't match standard patterns.
