Add ICAO light signals reference doc and update figures

High-level changes:
- Document ICAO vs VV light signals answer key discrepancies
- Update and optimize multiple question diagram images
- Remove system files (.DS_Store) and broken symlink

SOURCES/Light_Signals_ICAO_vs_VV.md:
- Create comprehensive comparison of ICAO/SERA.3415 light signals
  against VV answer key
- Document 9 out of 11 mismatches in VV answer key for both
  in-flight and on-ground signals
- Add detailed tables mapping signals to correct ICAO meanings
- Include cross-references to question IDs in all three languages
- Note that VV answers appear systematically shifted, not due to
  option shuffling

Question markdown files (DE/EN/FR):
- Add missing figure reference (t70_q60.jpg) to slope soaring
  minimum height questions across all language versions

Figure updates across all language directories:
- Optimize PNG images for t30_q series (meteorology diagrams):
  q42, q43, q45, q53, q63, q102-104, q107-109, q120-122
- Optimize PNG images for t60_q series (navigation diagrams):
  q46, q90-91, q94, q99, q103, q140, q161, q167, q171
- Clear corrupted/empty images: Balance_arm (DE/EN), t60_q140,
  t60_q90, t60_q94, t80_q78, ipad_home screenshot
- Maintain language-specific text in localized figure variants

Cleanup:
- Remove .DS_Store files from all SPL Exam Questions directories
- Remove broken symlink app/glidr pointing to external dev path

The light signals documentation provides critical safety
information, highlighting significant errors in the VV reference
material that could impact pilot training and examination.
