Improve exam questions: fix errors, add diagrams, enrich content

Summary:
- Fix incorrect answer in Principles of Flight Q83 (B instead of D)
- Add glide angle geometry diagram and enhanced explanations
- Add missing question images and Wikipedia references for signals
- Update and optimize several figure files

Detailed changes by file:

10 - Air Law (all languages):
- Add missing images for questions 97, 158, 159
- Add Wikipedia references to signal square explanations for
  questions 69, 76, 91, 92, 97, 114, 158, 159
- Improve consistency across DE, EN, FR versions

30 - Flight Performance and Planning (all languages):
- Fix Q17 explanation: clarify angle of descent vs. glide angle
  with detailed wind effect explanation and comparison table
- Add new glide_angle_geometry.png diagram referenced in Q17,
  Q37, Q67, Q111, Q112
- Enhance Q103 (Sanetsch Pass) with ICAO chart conversion logic
- Delete obsolete/duplicate figure files (t30_q17.png,
  t30_q42.png 2.png)
- Update optimized versions of t30_q72.png, t30_q80.png,
  t30_q81.png

50 - Meteorology (DE):
- Fix table formatting in Q52 for better readability

70 - Operational Procedures (all languages):
- Add glide angle diagram reference to Q132

80 - Principles of Flight (all languages):
- Fix Q83: correct answer changed from D to B (aerodynamic
  center definition)
- Improve explanation with proper definition and wrong answer
  analysis
- Remove stray "72" character in DE version

90 - Communications (all languages):
- Add airspace overview diagram to Q129

Binary files:
- Delete unused .DS_Store files
- Optimize figure file sizes for t30_q72, t30_q80, t30_q81
