feat: initial consolidation of job search knowledge

Consolidates scattered job search knowledge from:
- ~/.claude/projects/.../memory/ (Matthias + Gina)
- ~/.claude/Skills/user/Jobs/ (global skill + workflows)
- Positioning strategy from Marc Beierschoder feedback

Structure:
- matthias/ - personal profile, memory, positioning
- grazyna/ - personal profile and memory
- workflows/ - shared workflows (sweep, triage, apply)
- install.sh - sets up symlinks on new machines
